Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/13/21 and concluded on 11/23/21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 29 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 5, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of four children?s records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
