Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 9/12/25 from 11:10 until 12:25. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care as parent teacher conferences were being held. Some children were observed on site with their parents. Three staff were present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records at the main site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
