An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 12/13/2024 and completed on 12/31/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 am and ended at 1:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 33 children present with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 12/13/2024 This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
