Inspector Notes

An unannounced remote inspection was conducted. No children were present at the time of the inspection as the extended day program does not receive the after school children until after 3:20 pm. Reviewed trainings, medication (no medication was reported to be on-site, COVID policies (bubbles, screenings and mask-optional), emergency preparation and an allergy awareness list for staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
