An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/24/2025 and completed on 10/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:40 pm and ended at 4:43 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present with one staff.The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site on 10/24/2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
