Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on Monday, April 25, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. On 04/25/22, the inspector initiated the inspection at 1:00pm and concluded at approximately 2:00pm. Additional documentation was later submitted electronically by the facility. The census for the inspection consisted of
36 children and five staff directly supervising. The inspector observed and inspected each classroom and completed formal observations throughout. All areas where the children receive care, inside and outside, were inspected. The center is equipped with toys and supplies and items are available to the children. The required postings were observed and found to be in compliance. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. Medication is administered and four medications and authorizations were reviewed. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during this supplemental Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection.
