Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on September 6, 2023 from approximately 9:45 am to 1:15 pm. There were a total of 42 children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to 5 years, with 12 staff supervising.
A total of 5 children records and 5 staff records were reviewed. During the inspection, children were observed engaged in a variety of activities. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. The center is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
