Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An announced non-mandated address modification inspection was conducted on June 10, 2021. The director was contacted by Zoom to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was completed the licensing inspector toured the new space, bathrooms, emergency evacuation routes/maps, first aid kit, and lock box medication storage.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with the applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued. A recommendation for address change will be submitted for approval.
