This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.

An announced non-mandated address modification inspection was conducted. The director was contacted by FaceTime to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was completed the licensing inspector toured the new space, bathrooms, and emergency evacuation routes/maps.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with the applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued. A recommendation for address change will be submitted for approval.
