Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 23, 2022 from 3:30 p.m. through 5:15 p.m. There were thirty-seven children in the care of six staff. Four children's and two new staff records were reviewed. Two medication authorizations were reviewed. Areas observed were: indoor games, homework, hand washing/bathroom procedures and snack. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
