A non-mandated inspection was imitated on May 13, 2024 and concluded on May 29, 2024. A self-reported incident was reported to the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley Office), on May 6, 2024, child abuse and neglect. Interviews and documents were conducted and collected on 05/06/2024, 05/13/2024, 05/14/2024, and 05/15/2024. The information gathered does not support the allegation, so the self-report is determined to be "not valid". There are no violations resulting from this self-report investigation.
