Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/28/2023 at approximately 9:15am and concluded on 4/28/2023 at approximately 10:50am. There were a total of 91 children with 16 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
