Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12, 2022. There were 6 children present (18 points) with 3 caregiver's supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, cribs, diaper creams, evacuation logs, attendance logs, and emergency preparedness plans were reviewed. The children were observed playing with floor toys and interacting with caregivers. Area's of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
