Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection ( SHSI) was conducted on 8/30/2022 from 1:30 pm-2:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 12 children directly supervised by 3 staff. Children were observed napping.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
