Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 8/8/2022. The provider and three assistant caregivers were caring for 10 children, totaling 29 points. The children were actively engaged in outdoor creative play activities, enjoying circle time activities and preparing for lunch. The children were served rice with eggs, vegetable soup, bananas, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of caregiver records, children's records, administrative records, emergency preparedness, caregiver training, nutrition, programming, and the physical plant.
