Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 3:30pm to 4:30pm. There were 9 children directly supervised by the provider and 3 assistant caregivers. The home, 4 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed waking up from nap, engaging in free play, and listening to nursery rhymes during storytime. Caregivers were engaging and nurturing. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
