Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:45am- 12:40pm. There were 12 children directly supervised by the provider and 3 caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, completing puzzles, and having lunch. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
