Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/15/2022 from 1:45pm to 2:30pm. 13 children were directly supervised by 3 staff in the afterschool program. The physical space, 3 children's records, 2 staff records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed working on projects, interacting with each other and engaging with the staff. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
