Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12:55 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the director. There were 20 children in care ages 19 months through 5 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed during nap. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed. Four children's files and two staff records including one new staff were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of documentation and interview with the director, the current certification for CPR training did not include an in-person competency as required. Evidence: CPR training for Staff #1 dated 7/26/2022 did not include an in-person competency demonstration.
