Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 4/15/24 from 10:15a.m. until 11:50. There were 15 children and 2 staff present. Five children?s records were reviewed.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on measurement, the center did not have the required resilient surfacing.
Evidence:
Mulch measured 3-4 inches around the two blue slides and around the blue climbing section; the required depth is 6 inches.
Plan of Correction: Mulch will be spread to meet the requirement.
