A complaint was received involving failure to follow ratios, care, protection and guidance and providing inadequate fluids to the children. Interviews, observation and a review of recordkeeping were conducted on 7/12/23 from 7:45 am to 10:40 am. Part of the complaint involving the center being out of ratio was determined to be valid. See the violation notice for the area of non compliance.

Based on observation and interviews it was determined that the center is not maintaining the 1:10 ratio for a mixed age group.
Evidence:
On 7/12/23 at 7:53 am, the Licensing Inspector observed 15 children with 1 staff in the PreK classroom. The ages of the children in this room were 3 to 6 years of age
