Inspector Notes
A monitoring non-mandated inspection was conducted from 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm to examine the areas of noncompliance identified in the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). There were ten children in the two year old classroom being supervised by two staff. The children were observed resting and eating snack. Observations were conducted and documentation relevant to the IPOC were reviewed.
