Plan of Correction: The trash can was moved out of the closet by the food truck driver in order to deliver the food. The trash can was moved back in the closet, so cleaning products are not accessible. The food cart was moved back into the kitchen and the goo gone was put in the locked storage cabinet. Moving forward, management and staff will ensure that if the cleaners or the food truck driver moves something out of the closet to deliver the order it will be put back and from now on the food truck driver will need to deliver the food from the front door not the back door.
