Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A complaint inspection was initiated on 02/02/2022 and concluded on 02/10/2022. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review and interviews the center did not ensure the care, protection and guidance of the children.
On 02/01/2022 Staff A served a one year-old child #1 yogurt, despite having a documented intolerance to dairy and instructions not to serve.

Plan of Correction: The staff member was new to the room and as soon as it was realized the child consumed dairy, the parent was notified immediately. Administration will look at the communication system between the front desk and classrooms to ensure all staff have the information they need.
