Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/09/2022. Upon arrival there were 38 children in care and 7 staff present. The inspector conducted a tour of the facility, made observations of the program and conducted a record review. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, the center did not have a carbon dioxide detector.
Evidence:
The center did not have a carbon dioxide detector. The office manager confirmed that the building did not have one.
Plan of Correction: A carbon dioxide detector will be paced in the buildling.

Based on observation the center did not ensure cleaning and sanitizing materials were stored in areas physically separate from food.
Evidence:
In the infant room infant food was stored in the same cabinet as cleaning materials.
Plan of Correction: The infant staff put the infant food and chemicals in separate areas.
