A renewal inspection was conducted on 02/21/2023. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review the center did not ensure all staff completed a minimum of 16 hours of training appropriate to the age of children in care.

Staff #3 who was observed working as a teacher assistant in the classroom with children did not have any documented training hours in 2022.
