A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/13/2023 from12:00pm to 2:45pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health inspection.
