Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 02/04/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45a.m. and ended at 11:15a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present with 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The center did not request a search of the child abuse and neglect registry from one state for Staff #2, who has been employed for at least four months and was working with children at the time of the inspection.
