Inspector Notes

A Code compliance inspection was initiated on 5/15/2024 and concluded on 5/15/2024. There were 52 children present with 10 staff supervising and one director present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and 11 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:40 am and concluded at 12:50 pm.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
