An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 4/1/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 11:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 57 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. ] The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
