An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 3/4/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of 22.1 Religious Exempt. This inspection included tour of the facility, document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
