Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 04/27/2022. There were 8 children, ages 19 months- 3 years, and 2 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, physical plant, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff member records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am and departed the center at 10:00 am.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
