Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/19/2022. There were 12 children, ages 22 months- 3 years, and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, physical plant, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff member records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:10 am and departed the center at 9:55 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Based on document review, the center failed to obtain an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.

Evidence: The most recent fire inspection was conducted on 07/16/2021; there was not a 2022 fire inspection available for review during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: Will call and request one today.
