Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/19/2022. There were 12 children, ages 22 months- 3 years, and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, physical plant, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff member records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:10 am and departed the center at 9:55 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
