An unannounced, onsite renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 05/21/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:05 am and ended at 9:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 1 applicant record.

The inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
