Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program .
A renewal inspection was initiated on 11/3/21 and concluded on 11/4/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 2, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and the provider and household members records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
