Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/21/20. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During the virtual observation there were 25 children supervised by 6 staff. The facility, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and participating in reading time. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
