Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 6, 2024 and completed on November 6, 2024, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:30am and ended at 9:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
