Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/3/2024 from 10:15am to 11:30am. At the time of the inspection there were 11 children in care totaling 25 points and 3 caregivers including the provider. Children were observed playing in center time activities. Five children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members records were reviewed. The outside play space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills and other required records were also reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
