Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted May 18, 2022. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:00 AM and concluded at approximately 12:20 PM. There were 57 children present, ranging in ages from two months to six years, with 13 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of eight children's records and eight staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
