Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. The inspector was on site from 10:10am to approximately 12:10pm. There were 53 children present and 11 staff members directly supervising. Upon arrival, the children were observed in different areas of the center. Some children were in their classrooms, in the hallways during transitions, and outside in their designated playgrounds. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the facility including classrooms, hallways, the outdoor play area, and bathrooms were inspected. A total of five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
