A monitoring subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted Wednesday, June 5, 2024, to follow up on a serious injury requiring outside medical treatment that occurred at the center on Friday, May 3, 2024. The incident was reported by the center on May 6, 2024. The inspector was on site from 2:10pm to approximately 2:55pm. Interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
