Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 am-11:50 am. There were a total of 58 children with 10 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, handwashing, and engaged in group activities. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
