Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:15 am-12:30 pm. There were a total of 58 children with 12 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during music class, painting, handwashing, and engaged in group activities. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
