An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 17, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 96 children present with18 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 9 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, document review, interviews, and observations.
