Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 5, 2023 from approximately 2:40 pm to 3:30 pm. The provider and 4 children in attendance. The provider record, substitute record, and 4 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected.

Interviews were held with the provider throughout the inspection. The designated areas for childcare were deemed appropriate and are equipped with age appropriate toys to meet the needs of the children. Children were observed taking a nap and eating snack while the licensing inspector was at the home.

Evacuation drills were conducted monthly. Shelter in place drill conducted two times with the most recent on 05/25/23.

The first aid kit was inspected and found complete. The home had a working flashlight and battery operated radio.

There were no violations cited as a result of this inspection.
