Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 65 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and document review.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
