Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 1:00 p.m. with the provider. There were three children in care, ages two, two and three for a total of six points. Children were observed sleeping during the inspection. One child was observed waking and having snack. Childcare areas and supplies were observed. Emergency supplies including a working battery operated radio and flashlight were present. Three children's records, one provider record and one household member record were reviewed. The provider completed 17 hours of annual training for the license year.
