Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with the provider. There were two children in care age two years and three years for a total of four points. Child care areas were observed including supplies and materials. Children were observed having television time, play time and coloring.
Two children's records, one provider record and one household member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
