Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on completed on March 18, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 17, 2026 relating to allegations of capacity, supervision, and background checks. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
